Lithies Studios - Apartments is situated in a place of serene beauty and tranquillity on the northern tip of Zakynthos in the region of Skinari not far from the landmark lighthouse. This charming, peaceful haven is set in an undisturbed rural location with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea, lighthouse and nearby island of Kefalonia. The scenic surrounding area is ideal for those who appreciate nature with nearby secluded coves providing a great location for swimming and sunbathing, plus lush green countryside perfect for leisurely walks or bicycle rides; a perfect place for friends and families who want to enjoy a luxurious relaxing holiday.
Lithies studios and apartments have been built with love, furnished and decorated tastefully in order to make your stay a pleasant one.
They offer panoramic views of the sea and the swimming pool and are surrounded by blooming gardens with many aromatic plants and different kinds of trees.
The complex consists of studios and apartments spread across two luxurious and fully equipped buildings. The studios can accommodate 2-3 people and include a double or two single beds. An extra bed can be added upon request. The apartments can accommodate 2-5 people and include a separate bedroom with a double bed, a dining room and a living room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds.
All studios and apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hot plates and fridge, kettle and kitchen utensils. They also include a bathroom with shower, TV, air conditioning and a safety deposit box. They are airy with large balconies offering spectacular views over the Ionian Sea and the neighboring island of Kefalonia. Breakfast is not charged extra as it is included in the room price. To welcome our guests we offer them beauty and care products along with our island's traditional sweets known as "mantolata"!
